Getting sponsored as an equestrian can be difficult journey to navigate.

And, sometimes just dizzying. At Pilot Equine we want to make it as easy as possible for every rider to experience the full benefits of being sponsored by a company. 

We've broken down our program into tiers, each of which offer an increasing levels of benefit.

Tier 1 - Brand Representative:

  • 5% Off Code to Generate Sales
  • 20% Personal Code for Pilot Supplements
  • Social Media Shares from Pilot Equine
  • Listed as an Ambassador on our Riders Page

Tier 2 - Brand Ambassador:

Tier 2 is accessed when riders have used their code to generate 5 sales. It's at this point you'll start to earn commission on any revenue you generate, and are a sponsored rider for Pilot!

  • 5% Off Code to Generate Sales
  • 5% Commission Paid on All Revenue Generated Using Personal Code
  • 25% Personal Code for Pilot Supplements
  • Social Media Shares from Pilot Equine
  • Listed as a Sponsored Rider on our Riders Page

Tier 3 - Sponsored Rider:

Tier 3 is for riders who have generated 30 sales using their personal code. 

  • 5% Off Code to Generate Sales
  • 8% Commission Paid on All Revenue Generated Using Personal Code
  • Free Pilot Supplements and Merchandise
  • Social Media Shares from Pilot Equine
  • Listed as a Sponsored Rider on our Riders Page

Tier 4 - Brand Partner 

Once riders have generated over 50 sales for Pilot in any 6 month period they will be given sponsorship and brand partner status. This will vary rider to rider and is dependant on a few factors. 

However our brand partners will be closely involved with everything at Pilot Equine!

  • Monthly Retainer (TBD by Pilot Equine and rider)
  • 10% Commission Paid on All Revenue Generated Using Personal Code
  • Free Pilot Supplements and Merchandise
  • Social Media Shares from Pilot Equine
  • Listed as a Sponsored Rider on our Riders Page
  • Potential for % of Company Shares 

How to Get Equestrian Sponsorship with Pilot Equine? 

Applying are simple. We just need a few things from you sent over in an email. All applications are reviewed and we will always reply, even if the timing isn't quite right for us to work together. 

We will consider applications from absolutely anyone and everyone and always love to hear from you.

Please send the following over to us - info[@]pilotequine.co.uk - in an email titled - Sponsorship Application. 

  1. Some relevant photos or videos of you riding or competing 
  2. A brief introduction and explanation of where you are on your riding journey
  3. Links to social media
  4. Your Phone Number 
  5. Anything else you think might be helpful to our decision

If you are successful we will reach out and give you your discount codes and access to our rider folder so you can download logos and product shots and get started on your journey with Pilot Equine! 

Promoting Pilot Equine 

When you're invited to join the program you might be wondering how to make the most of this equestrian sponsorship opportunity?

Well, first off we'd recommend updating social pages to include your code. Putting your code out there for friends and family to use can be a great start, especially if they're looking for supplements.

It's an easy way to move up the tiers and generate interest in Pilot!

Word of mouth at competitions and your own yard is another fantastic way to build sales and we can assure you that you'll be spreading the word about some of the best equestrian supplements on the market.

 Other ideas include:

  • Promoting Pilot on blogs or websites
  • Doing video reviews or updates
  • Getting content shared on the Pilot Equine social pages
Terms and conditions:
Payouts are made monthly and applications will be paid commissions via Paypal in GBP. You can easily sign up for a PayPal account here. 
Personal discount codes are for 1 order per calendar month. This order can be used to buy as much product as you want. 
Pilot may ask for verification of residence for a rider before accepting them into the program.
The program is currently for UK applicants only.
Riders who are not proactively promoting Pilot Equine will be removed from the program.
